Goodfair Replacement Orders

Thanks for thrifting with Goodfair!
We get it that mystery thrift might not always “spark joy”, so we’ll replace any items you didn’t love for free!

Replacement orders can only be offered within two weeks (14 days) of receiving your order. Please note that the Goodfair replacement option may only be used once per order, and no more than three times per calendar year.

We just ask that you help us cover shipping fees. Replacement orders within the US will be a flat rate of $13. Replacements to Canada will be charged $20 plus standard shipping fees.

All you need to do is head to our Second Chance page and give us some details from your order. Once your order has been confirmed you will get an email from us with more information.
